Long Island City rental project QLIC has topped out. Located at Queens Plaza North and 24th Street, the building by World Wide Group rises 21 stories tall. Brownstoner Queens • QLIC Tops Out at 21 Stories

That was fast! The World-Wide Group topped off construction at QLIC, the 21-story, 421-unit rental building at at 41-42 24th Street. Construction started in January of this year.
